We want you to love your vintage-inspired footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tried on over carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Re-Mix box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
